Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from your date of receipt to return your items. Please note, if the item is bought in one of our stores, the return policy is 7 days from date of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, labels attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
When returning an item, you are responsible for the postage costs. We recommend you use a trackable, secure postage method when returning items as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in the post.
When receiving your refund, the cost of the original postage amount will be deducted – postage costs are non-refundable.
Your refund will be processed via the payment method used at the time of ordering. Your credit can take up to 14 days to appear on your statement, depending on which bank you are with.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for beauty products, earrings or swimwear products due to hygiene reasons.
Gift vouchers are also non-returnable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Faulty Products
If any item is faulty, it can be returned up until 6 months after the purchase date, providing that you still have your receipt of purchase.
